Job Goal: To provide quality and nutritious meals and snacks to the students and faculty with professional and courteous service.
Performance Responsibilities:
1. Maintains a high degree of sanitation in kitchen and cafeteria at all times.
2. Maintains a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers.
3. Responsible for maintaining an efficient, productive, safe, and sanitary work station.
4. Able to list and understand the meal pattern regulations and serving requirements established by the Bureau of Child Nutrition.
5. Responsible for storeroom familiarity and first-in first-out procedures.
6. Responsible for assisting with the preparation of the student and faculty meals in a timely manner.
7. Assists in portioning food items and placing them on the serving lines.
8. Helps serve food items during lunch service.
9. Remove used trays, pans, trash, and waste from counters, tables, and other areas, and clean these areas in a sanitary manner.
10. Washes trays and pans and places them in a sanitary location.
11. Performs duties as required for any special functions as directed by the cafeteria manager.
12. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager, |
